The space
Main front door leading to 1.5 flights of communal stairs taking you up to the apartment.
Entrance to the apartment and into the Hallway, directly ahead of you leads to a Bedroom 1 which has a King Size Bed, 2x Bedside Tables, Flat Screen TV, Wardrobe & a Chest of Drawers. Door to the left from the Entrance leads through and into a large open plan kitchen/living space with atmospheric lighting throughout & quirky design features. Furnished and decorated to a high standard with a flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker, sofa bed, table & 4-6 dining chairs. For further dining space the breakfast bar has seating for 3 guests.
Brand new quality kitchen, fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Bosch Induction Hob, Extractor Fan, Bosch Double Oven/Microwave, Wine Fridge, Fridge/Freezer, Boiling Water Tap & Built-in Sterilised Water Filter Tap, Knife Block Set, Pots, Pans, Cutlery, Glasses, Cups, Plates & Bowls.
Towards the back of the apartment you have a very well presented bathroom with a basin & built in cupboard under the sink for storage, a shower/bath & W.C. Special feature within this carefully crafted brand new bathroom is the built in TV.
Next to the bathroom is Bedroom 2 which has single bed bunk beds & a wardrobe. Books, DVDS, & an activity pack included to keep the kids entertained.
The Apartment has wooden floorboards, neutrals walls & ceilings throughout.

Other things to note

The Apartment is located in the heart of Worthing Town and on the seafront with some restaurants surrounding so of course some noise is to be expected. A bar is located directly below the apartment so again some noise is to be expected.
Please contact us if you wish for an early check-in or late check-out. This is subject to availability, with a small charge of £10 per guest, per request.
